Location: Rancho Park, north end of the field past the baseball diamond

As noted on the schedule, all teams should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled photo session time.

Please print out the order form and complete it prior to your arrival at the field. Please note that ALL players must have a completed ordered form prior to being photographed, regardless of whether you are ordering only the free League Package* or the League Package plus additional products/packages.

Upon arrival each team will need to check in, at which time they will check all forms, process any additional payments and assist in getting the players ready. All players and coaches will then be escorted to one of the photographer stations for individual and team photos. Each team is scheduled for a 15 minute window, so plan on being at the location for at least 30 minutes. We will do everything possible to remain on schedule but late arrivals, incomplete forms, etc will cause delays so please do your best to help us get you through the process as efficiently and stress-free as possible so that we can make sure the kids feel like superstars and have a great time!

Teams which have byes this weekend will be scheduled for pictures on our make-up date, October 15. Individual players who are not able to attend their team’s scheduled time may also come on that day, but will not be included in their team photo.

And please be patient; the field and the parking lot will be very crowded, so budget extra time.

* The League Package consists of 1 Memory Mate (folded frame that includes 1 3x5 inch photo of the player and 1 5x7 photo of the team), 1 set of four wallet sized photos of the player and one button.
