Here are all the steps you need to certify as a Regional Referee.

1. Create an account on AYSO70.com
   
   
2. Volunteer as a referee
   
   
3. Sign up for and complete the online Regional Referee training
   
   
4. Sign up for and attend an in-person training course
   
   
5. Complete the online Safe Haven, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Concussion training courses
   
   
6. Complete the required SafeSport online training
   
   
7. Sign up for and complete the background check
