Registering as an AYSO Volunteer
Every year every volunteer must register at AYSO. If you volunteered to be a Referee during your InLeague registration, that information is provided to the Regional Referee Administrator. However, your volunteer registration is not complete until you have registered on the eAYSO website (www.eayso.org).
Note for new volunteers, you will be asked for the name and contact number of a personal and work reference, so be prepared. For returning volunteers, the information you entered previously will be available.
Logging on to eAYSO
Go to the eAYSO website (www.eayso.org).
If you have previously logged in to the system, enter your login email address and password; if this is your first time registering as a volunteer, select the fourth button ("I am new to AYSO and want to volunteer") or click here.
If you have volunteered previously, please do not create a new profile. If you cannot remember your login information contact the Regional Referee Administrator (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please do not register your child through the eAYSO system; that process is completed automatically through Region 70's InLeague system.
Accessing the Volunteer Forms
If you are a new volunteer, click on the "Apply as a new adult volunteer" link
If you have a child who is volunteering for the first time, click on the "Apply as a new youth volunteer" link
If you or your child has volunteered in a previous season, click on the "Apply as a returning adult [or youth] volunteer".
If the link is not enabled (as in the example above), first try clicking on the "Update volunteer information link" and completing your form. If that does not work, contact the Regional Referee Administrator (email@example.com). Please do not log out and create a new profile.
Once you have clicked on the link, enter the required information in each of the screens and then approve the digital signature at the end of the process.
A Reminder: Please do not register your child using the links in eAYSO (on the left in the screenshot above).
